Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn
68RFE Transmission Rebuild — Slipping in 3rd, TCC lockup failure, burnt frictions confirmed on pan drop
Pan drop confirmed metal fines and burnt clutch material. Valve body cleaned ultrasonically. All solenoids bench-tested before reinstall. Road-tested 47 miles post-rebuild with no codes.
Ram 2500 Power Wagon
Compound Turbo Cummins Build — Customer wanted compound setup on stock 6.7, full fueling upgrade
Full head stud install, new copper fire rings. Compound kit plumbed with 3" intercooler piping. Custom map loaded on dyno — 4 pulls to dial in timing and rail pressure. No EGT over 1,050°F at WOT.
Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition
Supercharger Upgrade & Cam Swap — Customer tracking events, wanted reliable 750+ RWHP
Cam swap required full front dress removal. Valve spring upgrade included. Supercharger snout seal replaced at install. Tune required 3 revision sessions on dyno.
Ram 2500 Tradesman CTD
Injector Replacement + CP4 Pump Delete — All 6 injectors failed, CP4 contamination confirmed
CP4 failure contaminated the entire high-pressure fuel circuit. All hard lines flushed. Tank dropped and cleaned. New FASS eliminates CP4 entirely — runs on lift pump pressure only.

Brought in my '16 2500 with a 68RFE that three other shops couldn't fix right. Torque had it back in 22 hours, clean pan, all new frictions, and it's been perfect for 40,000 miles since.
They built my compound turbo kit from scratch — sourced every part, did the tune in-house, and dyno'd it three times to get it right. 1,100 lb-ft on a stock block. I trust nobody else.
My overland rig needed dual batteries, lockers, and a skid package — they did the whole build in one week and handed me a wiring diagram. That's a real shop.
